Plymouth Underwater Hockey Club

About Plymouth Underwater Hockey Club

We are a friendly club who are capable of training you to a high standard. Our main aim is to provide everyone with a game at their level and introduce new people to this exciting sport.

What is Underwater Hockey?

Underwater hockey (also known as Octopush) is a fast-paced team sport using a snorkel mask, fins and a short stick to push a hockey puck along the bottom of a pool.

It's fast, physical (but technically non contact!) and incredible for overall fitness.

The game is played on the bottom of the pool.

How do I join in?

Sessions take place at Plymouth Life Centre. All are welcome but you must be able to swim at least 50m.
